SNEAK, SNEAK, SNEAK(S) OF THE WEEK!!!

OK, this week's sneak of the week was a toughie.
They are both custom painted Nike Dunk's, both inspired by my favourite band and heroes, N*E*R*D.
As you all probably know, their new album is titled "Seeing Sounds", and I guess is what the designer of these sneaks, named WAH LEE, saw when he heard the sounds of the two songs he based these sneaks on.

I must say, I don't know whether it was me being able to see the sounds of these songs which made it so hard for me to judge, or just the fact that both sneaks are dope as hell!!!
First Up...N*E*R*D "Kill Joy" Custom Nike Dunks:

AND NOW FOR THE "LOVE BOMB" CUSTOMS:

NOW THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL SEEING SOUNDS HAHAA!!!

NAS - HERO (FEAT. KERI HILSON)

Another track off Nas' eagerly awaited album "Untitled" (formerly known as N****r)
I love this song, and the beat is so dope, no clue on who produced it, but seems as the track features Timbaland's new favourite girl Keri Hilson, I have a strong inkling that it may be big Timbo that produced it.
In the video, Nas is seen sporting ICEE FRESH jewelery, the best custom jewelry makers in the world.
Enough small talk, along with the video!!!

N*E*R*D x CONVERSE

As part of converse's campaign to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the legendary Chuck Taylor sneaker, various celebrities have been asked to model for this very special campaign.
Here we have the pics of all 3 membe

A MILLIE

Lil Wayne dropped the video for his tune "A Millie" this week.
The video is somewhat...cheap.
I was expecting the vid for this tune to be more like Lil Wayne dancing around leaned out of his face in a room full of $100 bills...but no.
Here it is.

HAHA

I'm glad to see that N*E*R*D can still have fun in their interviews.
In this recent interview with Bebo, Pharrell even mentions the playboy channel..haha
Hope you guys enjoy this as much as I did!

HOLLA!!!

JORDANDELIZZZARD

Ok, it seems almost like everyone is doing this whole playing modern tunes, and hip-hop etc. on piano.
No doubt, almost all of you guys will have heard of the infamous youtube piano master: DAVID SIDES.
Without a doubt, Mr. Sides is one of the best, if not THE best piano player on youtube, but this guy, who goes by the youtube user name of JORDANDELIZZZARD, has got something on David Sides.
His most recent piece of music, is none other than a piano cover of Nas' latest tune: Hero.
Enjoy!

NIKE WMNS BLAZER MID

These ain't quite sneak of the week material, but I just saw these and they reminded me of my homie HAYLEY (I ain't forgot about you!) :D
Definitely an eye-catching design, with the blue synthetic and patent leather upper, with the highlighting white swoosh.
Not sure about a price, but they are available now
at selected Nike reatilers.

SNEAK, SNEAK, SNEAK OF THE WEEK!!!

This sneak is soo fuckin clean!!!
It's the Nike 1World Nike x KAWS Air Force One.
I love this!!!
Its part of Nike's 1World pack that they will be releasing very soon.
The 1World pack consists of 18 pairs of trainers that will be released over an 8 month period, being designed by a range of designers, from sport, to music, to art.
They have a black nubuck upper, and feature X stitching on the seams on and around the toe.
What I love the most is that they are so simple, but yet draw attention with the two green X's that stand out on the toe (for those of you that don't know, the 2 X's are KAW's sig
nature).
Release date: Soon.

PROJEKT REVOLUTION...

So yeah, I went down to the Milton Keynes National bowl for this Projekt Revolution gig thingy...
If I'm honest, I only really went down to see N*E*R*D and the big man Jay-Z, and to be honest, they rocked the motherfukin' show!!!
It was just a shame that I was about the only person in the crowd that sung N*E*R*D's whole set along with them, and they gave barely any hype or support...but nonetheless, it was still a great show, and will definitely be going to see the two again..Jay-Z July 19th possibly?
